The City of La Paz sits directly on the Sea of Cortez about 130 miles north of Cabo and is well known for its amazing beaches, world class fishing, and many other outdoor adventures. Paraiso del Mar boasts of La Paz's first golf course along with miles and miles of unspoiled beaches. The Resort sits on it's own private peninsula--just a short 10 minute shuttle boat ride from the core or La Paz--the Malecon, restaurants, shops and culture. There are currently 90 finished homes, seven beachfront condo buildings, a 50 meter infinity pool, tennis courts, world class golf course, club house and restaurant. Paraiso del Mar is truly paradise.
Bikes a Hit at PDM
One of the recent additions brought to Paraiso del Mar by Ron Hatfield and the development team is a full fleet of bicycles. You'll find them everywhere--people riding them to and from the boat dock, cruising between the casas and condos, parked by the golf course restaurant, or resting in the many new bike racks added throughout the Resort. They are free to use--just hop on one, ride it wherever you want to go, and leave it in one of the racks for the next person to use. It's a great way to get around! Not only has it helped with transportation, it's been a fun and healthy addition to our Resort. Let's take good care of them so they'll be around for years to come.
New Developer at Paraiso del Mar!
Paraiso del Mar now has a new developer! It's been over 5 years since the original developers walked away and we are extremely excited the direction our Resort will now be going with Ron Hatfield taking over. We are very pleased to add a professional of Ron’s caliber to lead Paraiso Del Mar’s future development. He is one of Cabo’s original visionaries and has been developing there for more than 25 years. Ron is one of the two originals at Palmilla in San Jose del Cabo and is currently the President of Del Mar Development located at Palmilla. Palmilla is one of the premier resorts in the Los Cabos area. Luis Cano joins Ron in theDeveloper Group. Luis and Ron have worked together in Cabo and Palmilla for over 25 years with Luis acting as Ron’s designer and builder at Villa Del Mar, Espirtu and Hacienda. We are truly Survivors!
